Custom orders
VRVO welcomes all custom work so long as the design falls within VRVOs design range. For the custom enquiries please contact VRVO at info@vrvo.co.za, be aware that our pieces are handmade and may take between 4 – 8 weeks from the beginning of the design phase depending on the design and availability of materials used or needed.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer gift voucher for use either online or in-store. If you would like to purchase a gift voucher please email us at info@vrvo.co.za. Allow 10 working days lead-time for all online orders.
Within South Africa
Our reliable courier company ships anywhere in South Africa. We send orders at a flat rate of R75 throughout South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, a physical address and contact details are required where someone will be available to sign. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number, orders usually takes 2 to 4 working days to get to you.
International Orders
Our reliable courier company ships to all major International cities and all countries without import restrictions against RSA. Orders usually take 6 working days to reach you once they have left our workshop. The price of this service varies depending on destination. Please not your order will be subject to applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We cannot be held responsible for these charges nor can we advise on what these charges may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for this information.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to a countries customs clearance process.
Free worldwide shipping with orders ZAR 6000 and over.
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but some pieces do require up to 10 days to manufacture. If you require something for a sooner date please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Gifts
If you would like to buy a gift simply provide us with their shipping address and give us their name in the comment box when placing your order and no invoice will be included with the parcel.
Undelivered / Lost Items
In the rare chance a package may get misplaced and the last information on the tracking notifications are more than 14 days old please contact info@vrvo.co.za for further investigation. Any duty and or taxes related to import of the goods from VRVO will be at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not take returns on any products. We can however exchange pieces for a change of size under the condition that the items are unworn, undamaged and in complete original packaging with tags attached, art pieces must be returned within 7 days of arrival, along with proof of purchase. Any courier charges, duty and or taxes related to import of the goods from VRVO will be at the customer’s expense.
VRVO reserves the right to not accept returns if the customer uses another carrier then the one suggested here and incur items must be returned via DHL express with all details, including return tracking number sent to info@vrvo.co.za
Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we take great care to only send a piece if we are 100% happy with the quality. If you are not happy with a purchase and wish to return it please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do what we can to rectify it and assess whether a return is applicable. Items will need to be returned to us, unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately courier fees are not refundable.
Jewellery Care
Our materials come from the Earth; Each individual piece is handmade and or carved and carefully finished which means texture and appearance may vary slightly from the photos listed, this is a feature of our pieces and is not a flaw. All materials are of the highest quality, being hand chosen in sacred pockets of the world. We use ancient techniques creating wearable art.
Over time sterling silver often develops a natural patina; usually undulating, light and dark in colour; this is regarded as a distinguishing feature and not a flaw, this is how our offerings react to being cared for. You can use a silver polishing cloth to restore the metals appearance to your liking or watch the unique transformations as time passes by- Make sure to understand that polishing your pure metal art piece will be at your own risk and VRVO cannot be held responsible for undesired changes made. If you wish to clean up your VRVO piece make sure not to use any chemicals stripping agents on VRVO patinas, resins or natural materials as it will damage the structural and aesthetic integrity of the item.
Even though our art pieces are made from a precious metal they should not be worn in water ie; the ocean, shower or swimming pools. Keep away from chemicals, detergents and soaps. Always keep your VRVO piece stored in a dry safe place, away from Humidity.
Repairs
We gladly repair any VRVO adornments that breaks due to a manufacturing fault. Jewellery damaged due to neglect or destructive use will be charged for to repair. Chains especially need to treated with care as they can break if tugged on or caught on something. If a jewellery item arrives damaged from the shipping process please contact us immediately so we can address this at info@vrvo.co.za. All of our pieces are handmade, please allow for slight variations from the images.
